PBS Float Pad glitch fixer!

I was making a PBS(Personal Build Sever), and I made some lifts using float pads. But when people came and left, someone left the lift on(the float pads on), and it saved. When I came back my lifts weren't working properly and they were stuck at the top, even when I turned the fans off. This is when I found the annoying float pad glitch. From investigation I found out that the Body Velocity was still left inside the brick which caused the lift to stay at the top. So I decided to make a script to fix this and release it to the public.
