So that's they're carefully written out description which may of had a big effect to the amount of people that joined. As well as this, I think the name also played a big part, a good play on words trying to make the group overall say FEAR, it's a clan and being clan FEAR., implying that it's feared.
10,900,000 Place visits and way past 131,000 friends. So he's really famous, which also reflects onto his group.

It's quite a nice logo, I must say it could of done with some colour though, that may have gotten them even more members!
